The problem

Three ways Arizona contractors get burned.

Experience mod and class code errors

Your experience mod is calculated from reported claims and payroll. A claim reserved too high, a closed claim still showing open, or payroll in the wrong class can raise your premium until someone checks.

Subcontractor certificate gaps

Certificates from subs with minimum limits, missing additional-insured wording, or expired policies can put their claims — and their payroll at audit — on you.

Builders risk at yesterday’s values

A builders risk policy written at an old project value, or with exclusions that match your job type, can pay far less than the loss.

How it works

Honest timing, start to finish.

Free, no obligation. If we find nothing to fix, we tell you — and you keep the written report.

  1. Send us what you haveUpload your dec pages or policies (GL, workers’ comp, auto, equipment, umbrella) or email them to [email protected]. Add your EMR worksheet and a sample contract’s insurance section if you have them.
  2. Written Cost & Risk report within 24 hours of receiving your documentsWe read every line: class codes, experience mod, limits against your contract requirements, endorsements, exclusions and gaps. This is the review — not carrier quotes.
  3. A 15-minute callWe walk you through what we found, in plain English. If nothing needs fixing, we tell you that — you keep the report either way.
  4. If you want options, we shop itWe market your account to multiple carriers in our network. Carrier quotes typically take 1–2 business days once underwriters have what they need (payroll by class, loss runs, vehicle and equipment lists).
FAQ

Construction insurance questions.

What is an experience mod (EMR)?
Your experience modification rate is a multiplier on your workers’ comp premium, based on your claims history compared with similar businesses. 1.0 is average; above 1.0 costs more, below 1.0 costs less. Errors in the data behind it can raise your premium until they’re corrected.
How long does the review take?
You get a written Cost & Risk report within 24 hours of us receiving your documents. If you want to shop, carrier quotes typically take 1–2 business days once underwriters have what they need.
Do you work with my license type?
We work with every ROC license type — see all trades. DANESURE is not affiliated with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors.
